UNDP-REOI-2025-097; Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Provision of Consultants for UNDP Pakistan Projects

 UNDP Pakistan invites interested firms/organizations/NGOs/INGOs to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) in respect of provision of the requirements described below. The purpose of the EOI is to identify contractors that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process.

•       This Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation, it does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.
•       The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is supporting the federal and provincial governments in reform initiatives through its Reforms and Innovation in Government for High Performance Project (RIGHP). The project focuses on key areas such as performance management, evidence-based policy planning, and strengthening public sector governance and institutional capacity. To support this and other various projects, UNDP plans to hire a consulting firm to provide expert consultants in specialized fields, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results across targeted governance areas.
