Description of the Assignment: Documentation Consultant

 

Period of assignment/services: 60 person-days spread over 7 months

Competencies and Qualifications:

The Consultant should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree holder of Communications, Journalism, or a related field; with training certification(s) in videography, photography, journalism, or visuals arts
• At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the fields of audio-video production, photo documentation, and multi-media development; experience with international organizations Is an advantage
• Must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in video production processes, technical know-how on the use of the latest technologies in video/photo capture, and familiarity with editing software
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Tagalog; and can speak at least one of the major dialects (Bisaya, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, and Ilonggo) of Mindanao based on either of the sample works submitted and interview.
