Post Title: International Consultant Green Investment Expert and Coordination Consultant

Agency: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP)

Country of Assignment: Bangkok Based

Duration of Assignment: Up to 240 working days 1 June 2025 – 31 May 2026

UN ESCAP's ASEAN Green Investment Catalyst (AGIC) project will focus on supporting the implementation of the ASEAN Regional Investment Promotion Action Plan (RIPAP), by boosting institutional capacity and project offerings of investment promotion agencies regionally and nationally to attract investment in green transition sectors. Through these activities, the ESCAP aims to strengthen both national and regional approaches to investment promotion and attraction aligned with sustainable development objectives.   This project is looking for individual contractor to provide coordination and technical support for the ASEAN Green Investment Catalyst (AGIC) initiative, focusing on strengthening investment promotion frameworks, facilitating green investment, and integrating gender-responsive investment strategies.


Should you be interested, proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal or Procurement.th@undp.org with UNDP-BRC-00168 in subject line. UNDP will respond in writing including publish an explanation of the query to tender without identifying the source of inquiry.

If any discrepancy between the deadline in the system and in deadline indicated elsewhere, the deadline in the system prevails.
