Post Title: International Consultant Training Consultant -Women’s Leadership Development & Advocacy in the Judicial System

Project Title: Governance and Peacebuilding Team, Supporting Women Leadership in the Judicial Systems in South East Asia projects project, UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub

Country of Assignment: Home-based with travel to Indonesia and Lao PDR as required.

Duration of Assignment: Tentatively March 2025 – July 2025 (Maximum of 40 working days)

UNDP RoLHR Unit seeks to contract a consultant to develop and provide the training program on women’s leadership skills for judges in consultation with the partnering jurisdictions (Lao PRR, Thailand and Indonesia) and UNDP. The primary objective of this assignment is to enhance the responsiveness of judicial services to gender issues by empowering and building the leadership skills of approximately 24 female judges with relatively less experience. The aim is to support these judges in realizing their full leadership potential and becoming change-makers in their field.
