Development and Launch of Community Based Early Warning and Response System in the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka

The initiative aims to systematically monitor, analyze and advocate emerging and existing conflict signal flares, triggers and threat multipliers to ensure systematic sharing among a targeted stakeholder group for timely action. The intervention will be first implemented in the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka, with the potential to expand to encompass all conflict-prone geographic locations in the country.
