Introduction
Under the overall supervision of the Inclusive Governance Team Leader and in coordination with the LDSP Programme Coordinator, the firm will undertake the following tasks:
Ensure Real-time Visibility of CFM & PMCS Platform The firm will ensure that the platform provide the Director General of the Cabinet and the President with up-to- date information on the performance of Cabinet Ministers, allowing for timely monitoring and intervention as necessary.
Support the activation of the Domain Name, DNS settings, access credentials, and install all required packages and dependencies for the CFM/PMCS server under the general supervision of the UNDP ICT Manager.
Coordinate with Lonestar and Orange technical teams to ensure that the integration of all ISP systems is done and fully operational by using the SMS short code to communicate and receive feedback from all networks.
Installation of new CFM equipment, providing documentation of all procedures and processes including refresher training for the CFM administrators.
Develop Intuitive Visualization Models- The firm will develop models within the platform that will present performance data in a visually appealing and easy-to- understand format, utilizing interactive charts, graphs, and maps to enhance comprehension and facilitate informed decision-making. These will include graphs disaggregating all different interventions.
Increase Comprehensive Coverage of the PMCS- The firm will ensure that the platform will aggregate performance data from all Cabinet Ministers, providing a holistic view of government performance across ministries and portfolios.
