The objective of this assignment is to design a stable, scalable, and secure IT architecture based on modern technology for the Integrated Health Information System (IHIS) in Montenegro, along with the feasibility study and implementation roadmap for its development. This design must align with the Ministry of Health of Montenegro (MoH) strategic policy framework and considering WHO and EU policies and recommendations, while ensuring long-term sustainability and adaptability to future healthcare needs.
