The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Construction of School and Health Facilities in Sigi and  Sigi Kulawi Districts, Central Sulawesi, which are divided into five (5) LOTs.

In March 2021, UNDP PETRA project engaged a construction contractor to carry out the construction of school and health facilities in 19 subprojects located in Palu Municipality (4 locations), Sigi (4 locations), Sigi Kulawi (4 locations) and Parigi Moutong District (7 locations). The works were partially delivered but not completed. To this extent, UNDP PETRA project would like to engage contractors to execute reconstruction works of school and health facilities through Invitation to Bid (ITB).

The overall scope is divided into two (2)  batches tendered through two separate ITB processes:

Batch 1 : ITB  for Construction of School Facilities in Palu and Parigi Moutong District, Central Sulawesi

Batch 2 : ITB  for Construction of School and Health Facilities in Sigi and Sigi Kulawi, Central Sulawesi

ITB for Batch 1 have published in February 2023. This ITB is for Batch 2  Construction of School and Health Facilities in Sigi and Sigi Kulawi Districts, Central Sulawesi which consists of five (5) LOTs as follows:

LOT 1: Construction of SMKN 1 Sigi

LOT 2: Construction of SDN Inpres Jono Oge

LOT 3: Construction of SDN Bolupontu Jaya and SDN Lompio

LOT 4: Construction of Puskesmas Kulawi and SDN 1 Boladangko

LOT 5: Construction of SDN 2 Gimpu and SMPN 3 Sigi

Detailed Technical Specification/Scope of Works, Designs and Bill of Quantities, as well a other requirements are attached herewith for your reference.

Potential proposers must confirm in writing through email as mentioned above for site visits at least two (2) days in advance. During the site inspections, the potential bidders are refrained from asking questions regarding the bidding process. 

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the deadline for submission of bids set out in this document and in the supplier portal.
