Introduction
The United Nations Development Program hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites you to submit an offer to supply 100 Computer sets (desktop, webcam and speaker) and delivery to 10 Provinces in Viet Nam in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The goods and services should be delivered no later than 25 April 2025. Required documents provided to each Provincial/City Department of Health (DOH) on delivery as listed in the delivery addresses:
o Certificate of Quality with the list of serial numbers of all items
o Certificate of Origin with the list of serial numbers of all items
o Document of Customs
o Warranty cards
Women-owned companies are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women-owned companies.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
