Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for 01 Team member among a team of 03 members to provide technical/legal support for the amendment of the Project Documents and project extension procedure for the Project "Integrated sustainable landscape management through deforestation-free jurisdiction project in Lam Dong and Dak Nong, Viet Nam" (iLandscape project), as described in this documentation. This team includes 01 Team leader, 01 Expert on sustainable agriculture/forest management and 01 Expert on financing for sustainable agriculture. 

This Procurement Request is specifically to recruit the Team member - Expert on financing for sustainable agriculture.  

Female consultants are encouraged to bid for this required service. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified female consultants.

Description of the Assignment: The primary goal of this assignment is to review project documents and the implementation process to identify necessary amendments. These amendments should align with recommendations from the ROM, MTE, and contextual changes in project implementation. The aim is to ensure the feasibility of project activities while maintaining the overall objectives of the project and not increasing the project budget.

The following tasks will be conducted by the Consultancy team under the joint monitoring of UNDP Viet Nam and the Project Management Board of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (CPMU) with the close coordination and support of 2 Provincial Project management Units (PPMUs) and local stakeholders. 

a) Identify needs for required amendments of Project Documents

b) Review current legal procedures and processes

c) Support with the amendment of documents and the project log-frame

d) Assist in getting the approval of amended Project Documents

Period of assignment/services: 40 working days from April 2025 and to July 2025.
