The Parallel Realities Pavilion, curated by the UN SDG Action Campaign, is a featured installation at the 24th Triennale Milano International Exhibition. It offers visitors an immersive experience that highlights systemic inequalities, changemakers' stories, and innovative solutions for a more just and sustainable world.
The Pavilion will integrate large-scale artworks, interactive digital installations, audiovisual storytelling, and dynamic lighting to engage audiences in thought-provoking narratives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
To ensure seamless execution, the UN SDG Action Campaign is seeking a production company to manage the technical setup, audiovisual production, and event coordination. The selected company will oversee the fabrication, installation, and operational management of all Pavilion elements, ensuring a high-quality visitor experience from setup to dismantling.
This initiative aligns with the Campaign’s mission to convene, campaign, and catalyze action for systemic transformation, fostering dialogue and inspiration for a more equitable future.
OBJECTIVE
To engage a production company to ensure a seamless setup, operation, and dismantling of the Parallel Realities Pavilion at the 24th Triennale Milano. The provider must deliver high-quality production services, including technical setup, audiovisual integration, and logistical coordination, ensuring a compelling and immersive visitor experience aligned with the UN SDG Action Campaign’s vision.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected production company will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Parallel Realities Pavilion at the 24th Triennale Milano. This includes:
- Production & Installation – Fabrication and setup of artworks, interactive displays, lighting, and audiovisual systems.
- Technical & Operational Management – Ensuring seamless functionality of all elements throughout the exhibition.
- Dismantling & Packing – Safe removal and proper handling of all materials at the event’s conclusion.
The company must ensure high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and a smooth visitor experience.
