Contratação de uma empresa de Serviços Técnicos Especializados para elaborar o Estudo de Linha de Base (ELB) da Avaliação de Impacto, através de instrumentos técnicos, tecnológicos e metodológicos para o PAGES, que permita fazer o levantamento da situação da área de intervenção do Projeto em sua fase inicial, com base no instrumento de coleta de informações para indicadores de avaliação.

Além disso, o estudo da linha de base deverá elaborar um levantamento de informações já disponíveis de indicadores de monitoramento/gestão com base nos parâmetros estabelecidos pela matriz de consolidação do marco lógico do Projeto e os Core Indicators (COIs) do FIDA e tendo como fonte de informações a Coordenação do PAGES.

Gentileza indicar a sua intenção de participar deste certame através da criação de um rascunho de proposta no sistema. Isto irá habilitá-lo a receber notificações sobre o andamento, erratas, prorrogações e outros avisos sobre o certame. Contracting a company specialized in technical services to conduct the Baseline Study (BLS) for the Impact Evaluation of PAGES. The study will utilize technical, technological, and methodological instruments to assess the initial conditions of the project's intervention area, based on data collection tools for evaluation indicators.

Additionally, the baseline study must compile existing information on monitoring/management indicators, following the parameters established by the project's logical framework consolidation matrix and the IFAD Core Indicators (COIs), with the PAGES Coordination as the primary source of information.

 

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
