Introduction
United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
Bidders should fill all the required information as requested in the attached Bidding Forms (Form A to Form H). Any bidder who missed to submit filled Bidding form may result rejection of the proposal from further evaluation at the preliminary evaluation stage. (please note that delegation of a Local representative to undertake the site visit, installations, testing and commissioning, providing training to the buyer’s staff and to technically support the buyer and supply of consumables when required).
