Description of the Assignment: The assignment seeks to conduct a financial feasibility Study (FS) that investigates the weakness and strengths of current EVCS business model in Kuantan and propose different business models and financing mechanism for EVCS scale up that does not burden MBK’s fiscal capacity. It will also review the development impact based on the information above and assess scalabity and additionality of the EVCS project and what gaps or opportunities exist that can be used to support the city. 

Period of assignment/services : 3 months

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
