Global Long-term Agreement for Supply of Commercial and Specialized Drones

Introduction

UNDP Office of Procurement (OP), Crisis, Climate and Infrastructure Team (CCIT) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid following the General Conditions of the Contract and Section 5: Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). 

The purpose of the ITB is to set up a multiple non-binding Global Long-Term Agreements for Supply of Commercial and Specialized Drones with estimated contract value of USD 5 million for 3 years covering five (5) regional areas for the following drones categorized under two (2) LOTS and twelve (12) SUBLOTS. Partial Bids are allowed for this ITB. Bidders can submit price quotes for one or several SUBLOTS as specified in Section 5: Schedule of Requirements. Bidders must offer bids for at least one (1) SUBLOT, ensuring supply coverage for at least 5 countries in one region.

LOT A - Commercial Drones
A1 Multirotor Drone for Agricultural use (surveying, spraying and spreading) with medium size container
A2 Multirotor Drone for Agricultural use (surveying, spraying and spreading) with large size container
A3 Multirotor drone for Mapping/Photography/Surveying
A4 Fixed wing drone for Mapping/Photography/Surveying
A5 Underwater drones (ROV) for shallow water operation

LOT B - Specialized Drones
B1 Multirotor drone for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
B2 Fixed wing (medium range) drone for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
B3 Fixed wing (long range) drone for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
B4 Underwater drones (ROV) for mid-depth operation
B5 Underwater drones (ROV) for deepwater operation
B6 Delivery drone for short range distance  
B7 Delivery drone for medium range distance
