Introduction

UNDP NIGERIA on behalf of other UN Agencies in Nigeria is seeking to contract the services of a reputable and experienced technical facilities management service provider to provide prompt round the clock technical maintenance support services to always keep the facilities optimally functional, through a well-articulated & timely Pre-emptive, Preventive, Routine, Corrective maintenance plan of action. 

UN House Abuja is the main operational base of the United Nations System in Nigeria. It is located at Plot 617/618 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja and accommodates the Country Offices of about 16 of the United Nations Agencies. Extensive rehabilitation work and upgrade of its facilities have been carried out recently to make it suitable and conducive for the UN Agencies. 

 The services to be covered under this contract are broken into service categories and interested bidders are required to bid for all the activities in scope indicated in the Terms of Reference attached.

The resultant contract will be signed between the selected company (hereinafter known as the Service Provider) and United Nations Development Programme Nigeria (hereinafter known as the lead Agency). The contract is proposed on a Long-Term Agreement Modality (LTA) for an initial period of one year (1) renewable twice up to three years in total. The LTA is subject to a 6-month probatory period.

Site inspection/Pre-bid Meeting will be conducted

The Prebid meeting/Site Inspection: Mandatory. To Attend the site Inspection/Pre bid meeting, kindly send an email with the details of the staff conducting the inspection to procurement.ng@undp.org cc andrew.ehizojie-philips@undp.org & ukeme.asukwo@undp.org on or before the 1st of April 2025.
