Introduction
UNDP is seeking A National firm to Develop the Integrated Coastal Resource Management Program for the Central Region and Guidelines on Local-Level Sea Use Zoning for the Project "Planning of National Marine Space for Ocean Sustainability and Climate Change Response in Viet Nam", as described in this documentation.
The consulting firm will work closely with national and international experts to:
1. Develop a comprehensive Integrated Coastal Resource Management Program for the Central Region, ensuring effective coordination across multiple provinces.
2. Develop Guideline on Local-Level Sea Use Zoning, incorporating best practices and ensuring sustainable marine space utilization.
The consultancy firm will perform the abovementioned tasks from April 2025 to December 2025.
Duty station: Travel to six coastal provinces and cities for information verification and consultation on local needs, including Quảng Bình, Thừa Thiên Huế, Bình Định, Phú Yên, Khánh Hòa, and Ninh Thuận.
Expected places of travel: Travel costs must be included in the financial proposal based on the 2022 UN-EU cost norms.
Women-owned companies are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women-owned companies.
