Description de la mission : CONSULTANCE  NATIONALE EN APPUI EN DEVELOPPEMENT DE CAPACITE INSTITUTIONNELLE ET STRATEGIQUE EN RESILIENCE ECONOMIQUE DU MINISTERE DE LA POPULATION ET DES SOLIDARITES 

Période de mission/services (le cas échéant) : 160 ( cent soixante)  jours prestés étalés sur 08 (huit)  mois
