Introduction
The selected supplier is required to conduct a pre-bid site visit to Yefren Municipality to evaluate site conditions and verify installation requirements. This will ensure accurate and realistic proposals. The Municipality will be responsible for preparing the site, including necessary civil works, foundation, and power supply arrangements prior to installation.
Following contract award, the supplier shall:
- Deliver the pumps and associated equipment to the designated location.
- Install the pumps, including proper shaft alignment, electrical connections, and grounding.
- Commission the equipment through test runs under operational conditions.
- Provide training to at least two designated Municipality on pump operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
Site visit: In accordance with the RFQ, a site visit will be organized for all suppliers who is interested in understanding the scope of works to be contracted. The site visit to the sub-project location will take place on 15th April at the municipality of Yefren.
