Description of the Assignment:  The primary objective of this task is to support the implementation of the Gender Action Plan and evaluate the social impact of the UNDP-GCF project “De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits.” Additionally, the National Consultant will assist the Project team in data collection, and in planning and conducting surveys and studies related to gender equality and social impact assessment, as outlined in the Project Document.
