Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme on behalf of United Nations Agencies in Nigeria is seeking for qualified company to provide Internet Service through Fiber Optics with last mile on Fiber at UN House, Plot 617/618, Diplomatic Zone, Central Area, Abuja for a period of one year.

The objective of this procurement process is to identify and contract a vendor to offer internet services to the UN house in Abuja for a period of 1 year.

The Agreement(s) with qualified Internet Service Provider(s) is expected to cover the provision of internet services hereafter referred to as “Internet Services” for UN House, in Abuja at the following address:

Site Survey:

All bidders are required to visit the site/installation address stated above and do the necessary site survey before sending quotation. Please note that the cost of conducting the site survey shall be borne by the bidder. As this is a competitive process, conducting site survey is not a financial obligation and it is not a contract by UNDP to the bidders. UNDP shall not refund any fee to the non-successful bidder for the site survey conducted. Please note that there will be a site visit and pre-bid conference. This amendment is issued to update the pre-bid conference and site visit to Wednesday the 23rd of April 2024. The amendment also updated years of experience in Section 1.3. This has been changed to five years with ISO 22301 Certification included as requirement for that section. ISP provider to submit BCP/DRP Documentation and ISO 22301 Certification.
