Description of Assignment: The purpose of this consultancy is to work in close partnership with UNDP and the Courts to develop and implement a Capacity Building Programme to Support Digital 

Recording and Transcription (DRT) of Court Proceedings in Jamaica. The process will involve preparing a DRT policy and procedures manual, providing training to strategically selected teams in 12 pilot courts, and conducting sensitisation sessions among a wider group of stakeholders.
