Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam kindly requests your quotation for the provision of the 24/24 Emergency Call and Maintenance Service of the Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System in the Green One UN House at 304 Kim Ma street, Ha Noi as detailed in the Annex - TERMS OF REFERENCE AND QUOTATION SUBMISSION FORM of the Negotiation ID: UNDP-VNM-01430.

The UN Green One House (GOUNH) is a product of the shared vision of UN Country Group members in Viet Nam (UNCT) to create common, 'green' facilities and support the UN-wide 'do as one' initiative. Therefore, sustainability was addressed from the start of the project with the commitment to 'green supply' contained in the 2012 Interdisciplinary Memorandum of Understanding (MOA). This initial commitment, along with strong leadership, is instrumental in incorporating sustainability principles into the design, construction, and operation of the building.

The required services are to provide preventive and predictive maintenance services, corrective repair services, and equipment inspection to ensure that the fire protection system works as expected and complies with the manufacturer's recommendations and meets the applicable fire protection QC/TC.  Maintenance requirements are listed in Appendix A-1 of the enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
