The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet i.e. 21th May 2025 (03:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time OR 6:00 AM EDT).
Physical pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 08th May 2025 at 1:00 PM to 3:00 pm(PST) at CMU Warehouse, Park Road, Islamabad. To participate in pre bid meeting, please register yourself and contact through Quantum Messaging tool.
Physical site visit is mandatory prior to submitting bid. All prospective bidders are strongly advised to visit the project site prior to submitting their final bids. The site visit will provide bidders with a clear understanding of the existing conditions and project requirements, which are essential for preparing a comprehensive and accurate proposal.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
