Evaluation of technical and financial proposals

Evaluation will be based on:

☒ Lowest price method (selects the lowest evaluated financial proposal of the technically responsive Proposers)

☐ Combined scoring method using a distribution of 70%-30%  Technical proposal - financial proposal

The maximum number of technical points is detailed in Section 4: Evaluation Criteria

To be substantially compliant, Proposers must obtain a minimum threshold of 70% of maximum points from technical evaluation.

Contract award to one or more proposer

UNDP will award a contract to:

One or more Bidders, depending on the following factors:                    

[Evaluation of bids and award of contracts shall be made on LOT-wise basis with additional following consideration:  

1. The MFIs can submit the proposals either for Lot-1 OR Lot-2 depending upon their experience and presence in the respective region/s:                 

2. The bidder considered technically qualified and offering the lowest price in each lot will be considered for award.                                                 

3. The bidder applying for both lots and considered technically qualified and there is no other bidder in any of the remaining lot, UNDP award the contract to the company/firm applying for both lots and considered technically qualified and lowest.]
