Description of the Assignment: 


The United Nations Development Program in Collaboration with The Ministry of Tinkhundla Administration and Development seeks to engage the services of an Individual Consultant to conduct a concise documentation of the origins and analysis of the Tinkhundla Political System of Government and Governance


The ideal candidate should poses:


  • Master’s degree in political science; Law, International Relations and Diplomacy; Public Policy and Administration; or any other relevant development area
  • At least ten years working experience in governance in domestic and international political systems;
  • Displayed understanding of the Local governance systems
  • Analytic experience for laws and policies to inform document development
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Excellent research and writing skills, and influences on government policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Good interviewing skills, and ability to work with others and a team.
  • Good Communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within agreed upon timelines.

 

Period of assignment/services: 2 Months.

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
