Scope of Work Rehabilitation and Furnishing of Laboratories at Tikrit University-Lot2 Salahadin Governorate 1. Project background: The project is located in Tikrit district in Salah al-Din Governorate, in three colleges at Tikrit University. The aim of the project is to supply equipment for some of the laboratories in the university. The laboratories benefit at least 200 students per year and use them for taking lectures and doing experiments. The laboratories are currently in bad condition and as the students use chemicals in the laboratories, it becomes more important to rehabilitate them and provide new equipment. 2. Project Description: The project aims to supply equipment for three laboratories at Tikrit University in different colleges which they are: College of Agriculture, College of Engineering, and College of Art. The work includes supplying equipment and furniture. 4. Scope of Works (SoW) The equipment to be supplied are as below. - College of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening works includes supplying photocopying machine, all as detailed in the BOQ. - College of Engineering, Electrical Engineering Department - Control Lab. work includes supplying smart screen, all as detailed in the BOQ. - College of Arts, Translation Department work includes supplying and installing sound system for the sound laboratory, all as detailed in the BOQ. 5. Duration of the Project (days): The Contractor must be prepared to conduct a complete turnover of the site within 60 days of site handover and work commencement.
