No quadro do Programa Conjunto de Promoção do Desenvolvimento Local, o Escritório Comum do PNUD, UNFPA e UNICEF em Cabo Verde, através do presente anúncio, faz saber que se encontra aberto o concurso destinado à: Contratação de uma empresa - Prestação de Serviços informáticos para Desenvolvimento do Sistema Banco do Tesouro.
SCOPE OF WORK (ÂMBITO DO TRABALHO)
a) Com a implementação e desenvolvimento do Sistema Banco do Tesouro espera-se os seguintes resultados:
- melhoria dos suportes de tomada de decisões;
- diminuição de riscos operacionais e de reputação;
- aumento da transparência e definição de níveis de serviço;
- elevação dos níveis de eficiência e produtividade;
- reorganização dos serviços e racionalização dos processos.
b) O desenvolvimento do Sistema Banco do Tesouro deverá abranger, na íntegra, os módulos definidos no Documento de Especificação Informática do Sistema Banco do Tesouro que será disponibilizado pelo contratante.
c) Para a realização do desenvolvimento dos módulos acordados, a empresa contratada deve considerar estritamente o “Documento de Especificação Informática do Sistema Banco do Tesouro”.
d) Para a realização do trabalho, a UTIC, através do Escritório Conjunto do PNUD, UNFPA e UNICEF em Cabo Verde Escritório Conjunto, apresentará, à empresa contratada, o enquadramento tecnológico, a arquitetura global do sistema gerido pela UTIC e suas integrações, tendo em conta que o Sistema Banco do Tesouro será desenvolvido sob a plataforma a disponibilizar pela UTIC.
