Description of the Assignment:  National consultant to support improving CCM website

 

Period of assignment/services:  June-Dec 2025 (20 workdays)

 

The objectives of this assignment is to:

1. Enhance and upgrade the user interface of the Viet Nam CCM website in both Vietnamese and English versions, in close collaboration with the CCM Secretariat, to ensure a more user-friendly, accessible, and visually engaging platform.
2. Update key activities of CCM Viet Nam by developing and publishing bilingual (Vietnamese and English) articles on the official website and other communication platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and accessible information dissemination.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. UNDP shall effect payments to the consultant by bank transfer upon acceptance by UNDP of the deliverables specified the TOR. If two currencies exist, UNDP exchange rate will be applied at the day UNDP instructs the bank to effect the payment.
