The cope of Work is:
Objective The overall objective of Facility intervention in Nigeria is to address acute levels of poverty, to combat radicalization and recruitment processes, and to foster stabilization of the conflict-affected Specifically, region. for this activity, the aim is to catalyse local economic activities by providing an immediate To boost to the local economy through the provision of business capital injection to traders in Madagali. consolidate the peace, target areas must be made 'liveable' through improved ability for people to generate income and sustain themselves. The Facility aims to provide market traders in the target area access to livelihood opportunities and minimum income, to address acute levels of poverty, combat radicalization, and recruitment processes, and foster the stabilization of the region. Scope of Work
1. Review the list of 1,500 pre-selected beneficiaries against the selection criteria checking for adherence
2. Provide to the criteria and accuracy in the details therein. some basic orientations, and training on financial and business literacy.
3. Facilitate the opening of bank accounts for those beneficiaries without a bank account.
4. Organize a grant disbursement ceremony with community, local government, and state government stakeholders in attendance.
5. Disburse business grants to selected beneficiaries.
The total amount of the grant is NGN450,000,000. The amount per beneficiary
6. Follow is NGN300,000 up on the use of the cash grants.
The evaluation will be conduct in two stage for all proposals above the minimum of 700 points of technical score while the financial proposal will be weighted at 30% cumulative the lowest technically responsive bid will obtain the 30 marks. The cumulative score will determine the highest ranked technically compliant priced offer to be recommended for award.
