Duration: 2.5 months after contract signing.
Overall objective: The consultancy firm provides service of interior design of the Co-working space/Rapid test and Prototype Hub (Viet Nam – Japan Incubation Hub) at NIC Hoa Lac. The Hub will serve as a co-working space, a rapid test and prototype lab and business development support area for startups in Viet Nam and Japan. The firm needs to work closely with other consultancy firms and UNDP to understand the business model of the Hub to get insightful input for the design.
This consultancy firm specifically focuses on user centric interior design of the Co-working space/Rapid test and Prototype Hub (shortly named Viet Nam – Japan Incubation Hub) at NIC Hoa Lac. This includes the consultation meetings with end users who are mostly startups. The firm needs to work closely with UNDP and other consultancy firms to collect information on the business model for the Hub, the acceleration programs tailored for startups using the facilities to make the design and installation meet the needs of startups. The Hub will be the symbol of Viet Nam – Japan cooperation.
