Introduction

The United Nations System in China is seeking to contract a highly qualified professional company to provide package services including cleaning, building maintenance, business support and gardening services include but not limited to UNDP, UNRCO, UNDSS, UNEP, WFP, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, UNESCO, UN Women, UNIDO and Tumen Secretariat located throughout Beijing.

The selected company will be required to ensure and maintain a high level of cleanliness of all UN premises, through application of methods/techniques, and use of environmentally friendly products, which are designed to reduce negative impact on the environment.
