Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam kindly requests your quotation for the provision of the Maintenance services for VRV air conditioners in Green One UN House at 304 Kim Ma street, Ha Noi as detailed in the Annex 1 Schedule of Requirements attached to the Negotiation ID: UNDP-VNM-01544.

Currently, the VRV system includes 19 outdoor units and 150 indoor units, which our team regularly inspects and maintains. To ensure optimal performance, reduce electricity consumption, and minimize breakdowns, the VRV air conditioning system should undergo annual maintenance by a qualified contractor.

The awarded contractor will carry out full-scale preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, along with necessary repairs and detailed checks. This ensures that the VRV air conditioning system, parts, and related systems work as they should. These tasks must match the guidelines given by the equipment manufacturers and follow the state-of-the-art methods most used in this industry.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
