Introduction
UNDP Bhutan is seeking proposals from eligible and qualified national (Bhutanese) consultants for Strengthening Partnership to Accelerate SDG Implementation in Bhutan. Please see attached the Request for Proposal documents and Terms of reference attached for more details. Also, sharing herewith the brief scope and objective of the assignment.Objective:
The intended goal is to achieve the three tier objectives as follows:
1. Develop a comprehensive mapping of international and regional private sector, foundations, philanthropies to support and fund the implementation of the SDGs in Bhutan.
2. Develop a set of pipelines and concept note in alignment with the identified international and regional private sector, foundations, philanthropies
Scope of work:
The consultant will be responsible for leading a systemic and sustained engagement of the private sector in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Bhutan. This will involve engaging national, regional, and global private sector actors and partners to identify and establish partnerships in key areas, including but not limited to resource mobilization, technical assistance, and knowledge sharing.
