SCOPE OF TENDER.- Request for Quotation-UNDP- Technical Support for Recruitment Process Management under UNDP Global Fund Project
In Nepal, UNDP is the Co-Principal Recipient (Co-PR) of the Global Fund GC7 grant for the three diseases and works closely with the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP). To ensure effective implementation of the Global Fund programme, UNDP Nepal has established a Programme Management Unit (PMU) to coordinate and oversee grant implementation and to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the grant agreements, as well as with UNDP rules, policies, and procedures.
UNDP seeks a service provider to support the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in designing, managing, and executing a full recruitment and selection process. This includes developing the curriculum, handling applications, facilitating examinations and interviews, and publishing results in a transparent, timely, and professional manner.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
