Introduction
UNDP ITM has the objective of sourcing Solar Systems for three sites in WFP Central African Republic: Bria Field Office, Paoua Field Office, and Bouar Field Office. The Invitation to Bid is designed with two lots- the first lot containing one site in Bria, Central African Republic and the second lot containing two sites, one in Paoua and one in Bouar, Central African Republic. These lots will be awarded separately, so suppliers can quote for one complete lot or both lots. UNDP reserves the right to not award one or more lots.
Please note that the Pre-Bid Site Visit is highly recommended for lot 1 and lot 2A, while mandatory for lot 2B for bid eligibility.
Confirmation for the participation in the Pre-Bid Site visit is required. To attend you will need to register participation of your representative by 27.06.2025 via the messaging function on Quantum. Without registration to the Pre-Bid Site Visit confirmed on Quantum, the vendors will not be allowed in the Site Visit. Information on UNHAS flight availability (Bangui-Bria-Bangui) is available upon request via car.unhasbooking@wfp.org.

- Lot 2B - Bouar: Wednesday, 02 July at 10:00 WAT or Thursday, 03 July at 14:00 WAT
- Bidders’ Conference (single Bidders conference for all lots): 04 July at 11:00 CET / 10:00 WAT
- Request for Clarification deadline: 09 July 2025 (by COB CET/CPH time)
- Offer Submission: 16 July 2025 (by COB CET/CPH time)
