Description of the Assignment:  UNDP Armenia CO is seeking a qualified Researcher in Participatory Governance and Public Sector Innovation to support the strengthening and transformation of Armenia’s participatory and innovative governance ecosystem through targeted research and analysis. The Researcher will identify both existing and emerging participatory and innovative policymaking practices within the Armenian public sector and internationally, and will develop context-specific recommendations for their recognition, incentivization, and institutionalization. Special emphasis will be placed on inclusive policy processes related to AI literacy, particularly those engaging refugees and marginalized groups. The findings will inform the development of operational frameworks and capacity-building initiatives that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and participatory approaches in governance.
