| Introduction :
The purpose of this RfP is provision of an up-to-date overview of the available social care service assets, as well as population needs and coverage, critical gaps and opportunities in relation to the provision of social care services in 8 target municipalities. The Service Provider will review: (a) the most critical population needs in terms of social care services and (b) conduct a rapid assessment of the availability, accessibility, and quality of social care services on offer. The assignment will focus on the western part of the country, including municipalities in Una-Sana Canton, Canton 10 and neighbouring parts of the Entity of Republika Srpska. 8 partner municipalities will be selected among the following 10 municipalities: Bosansko Grahovo, Bosanski Petrovac, Drvar, Glamoč, Ključ, Kupres, Livno, Mrkonjić Grad, Sanski Most, and Šipovo. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
