Introduction
The purpose of implementing the electronic Human Resources Management system (eHRM) is to improve performance and efficiency of HR processes and functions, ensure seamless integration with IT products of other public institutions (Tax Committee and Pension Fund), automate HR processes and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of personal information of employees of the MoJ.
The eHRM will enable to:
- possess a single, centralized and secure database of all employees in the MoJ with all necessary information and opportunities for different reports
- automate repetitive tasks
- update the database in real time, based on all changes
- allow HR budgeting and workforce planning
- eliminate time spent on paperwork
- minimize errors caused by human factors
- guarantee transparency and increase visibility of HRM processes
- improve the management system in accordance with current legislation
- standardize and optimize HRM business processes
- increase employee satisfaction in the HR department due to easier and more efficient execution of tasks
- establish full control over internal migration of employees and the management of their talents
- to increase the degree of reasonableness of management of the MoJ decision-making due to operational access, transfer and processing of information
