Country: LIBERIA Description of the Assignment: The consultant will carry out a literature review process to identify the key areas requiring changes and supplement this with a consultative process with local and national stakeholders through focus group discussions and with the participation of the key actors. Information from the literature reviews and consultants will be fed into a draft policy and implementation strategy which will be subject to stakeholder review and validation. Period of assignment/services 40 days across 3 months. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
