REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – UNDP-AFG-119-23 - Beneficiaries Assessment - Special Trust Fund for Afghanistan (STFA) in Northern and Sothern Regions and Ataturk Hospital Support Project (AHSP) in Kabul
Purpose of this assessment is to assess and understand the progress and results of STFA activities against specific JP performance indicators in Northern and Southern regions. The assessment will also look at how the restrictions posed by the De-facto Authorities (DfA) on women access to education and work impact the delivery of STFA activities in the field. The assessment will cover the Northern and Southern regional JPs and the Ataturk Health Support Project (AHSP) in Kabul.
