Introduction
Every year, UN Agencies (UNAs) and their projects in Viet Nam organize about 150 events such as workshops, training, meetings etc. with an estimated value of USD 900,000/year. To achieve cost efficiency, simple business process while ensuring service quality, UNAs in Viet Nam is looking for up to two event organizing firms to provide related event services.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on behalf of all UNAs in Viet Nam launches the bid for this service.
UNDP Viet Nam is looking for 02 qualified firm/institute/organizations for two Long-term Agreements on the provision of events organization services for UN Agencies and their projects in Viet Nam.
