Introduction
1. Introduction
This document outlines the Terms of Reference (TORs) for establishing Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with three selected companies to provide Digital Communication services, including Photography, Videography, Social Media Services, Live Streaming, and Public Address (PA) System services for UNDP Rwanda.
2. Background
UNDP Rwanda seeks to enhance its visibility and communication outreach by incorporating high-quality visual content, effective social media engagement, live streaming services, and a professional PA system for events. The selected companies will support UNDP’s communication strategy by providing a comprehensive range of services to meet the organization's diverse digital communication needs for various projects and events.
SCOPE OF TENDER
The companies will be responsible for the following:
Photography and Videography Services:
· Photography: Providing professional photography for UNDP events, projects, workshops, conferences, and other activities.
· Videography: Producing videos including promotional content, interviews, event documentation, drone videos, social media reels and long and short projects/ initiatives documentaries
· Post-production: Editing and delivering high-resolution images and videos, ensuring they meet quality and branding standards.
Digital & Social Media Management
· Content Creation: Developing tailored visuals, videos, and captions for digital channels.
· Scheduling and Posting: Managing the timely posting of content on multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
· Social media Live Coverage: Real-time posting and engagement during events across social platforms.
· Digital Campaign Support: Planning and managing digital strategies to boost campaign reach and impact.
· Community Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and interacting with the audience to drive engagement.
· Influencer Engagement: Collaborating with influencers to amplify key messages and increase audience reach.
· Storytelling & Impact Sharing: Creating compelling narratives that highlight results, human-interest stories, and successes.
· Copywriting: Crafting persuasive and engaging copy for campaigns, branding, or promotional materials.
Reporting: Providing regular performance reports, including engagement metrics, audience growth, and impact analysis. For further information details please read in the attached ToRs
