| Introduction :
The scope of works are as follows: - Supply and deliver the equipment/tools (i.e 140 wheelbarrows, 140 spades, 140 digging folks, 2 heat guns (plastic welding tool), seeds, agriculture covering nets, and 140 knives) to the Climate Change Department, Tuvalu within 30-60 days from the date of the award for the purchase order.
- Regarding the specifications of wheelbarrows, spades, knives and heat guns (plastic welding tool), please refer to the subsequent section- Section 3: Equipment specifications.
- Arrange for the transport and delivery of the required equipment/tools from the country of origin to Funafuti Port, Tuvalu. The exact delivery address is- Climate Change Department, Partnership House, Vaiaku side, Funafuti, Tuvalu.
- Settle any form of logistics costs and including customs and freight that may incur in transporting the good to the Climate Change Office.
Ensure that equipment/tools are packed and secured properly in a container so that they are transported safely and without damage while being transported from the country of origin to Tuvalu Port.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
