Introduction
UNDP is currently seeking A National Consultant (NC) to develop IEC materials and coordinate with UNDP-supported provinces to promote telehealth services for the KOFIH supported “Telehealth to improve access to healthcare services for disadvantaged groups in Viet Nam” project, as described in this document.
In line with early successes, UNDP, in collaboration with Ministry of Health have successfully mobilized funding from Korean Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) to expand the grassroots telehealth implementation in ten provinces of Ha Giang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Yen Bai, Tay Ninh, Hau Giang, Ben Tre and Ca Mau, through the project “Telehealth to improve access to healthcare services for disadvantaged groups in Viet Nam”. The objective of this assignment is to recruit a National Consultant to support UNDP in development of IEC materials to increase awareness among healthcare staff and community people about the benefits, procedures and proper use of the telehealth system; and to support UNDP and VAMS in coordination with UNDP-supported provinces to promote implementation of telehealth services at both community and healthcare facility levels.

Period of assignment/services: September 2025 - December 2026
The National Consultants will work in close consultation with UNDP Climate-Health Program Analyst cum Project Manager and relevant colleagues to complete the tasks as required. Upon the due dates as stated in the section IV, the National Consultant needs to submit the qualified deliverables/reports to UNDP Climate-Health Programme Analyst for approval.
