Specific objectives of the assignment are as follows:
a) Detailed site assessment and feasibility study (including technical, financial, and socioeconomic viability);
b) Detailed Engineering Design and Drawings (of power generation and distribution system);
c) Bill of Quantities and cost estimation of the proposed energy system;
d) Productive End Use (PEU) baseline preparation and inclusion of its demand in the feasibility study;
e) Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt chart for the proposed project;
f) Detailed financial assessment of the project.
