Description of the Assignment:  UNDP Mongolia is looking for National Consultant to support the finalization of the full proposal package for submission to the Adaptation Fund Board. The consultant will be working with the project development consultant by providing support in designing the project interventions with focus on water resources and rangeland management, desertification, livestock management required for the submission of the full pledged Adaptation Fund Proposal including all mandatory and project specific annexes, preparatory technical studies, supporting documentations, and stakeholder consultation reports. He/she will work closely with International Consultant and will be responsible for coordinating the information required by the lead consultant and coordinating the UNIDO and UNDP consultant’s work in livestock management. The national consultant is required to work closely with the other relevant stakeholders.  S/he will work with UNDP Mongolia Country Office, under an overall technical guidance of the UNDP’s regional technical advisor on climate change adaptation (RBAP) and Programme officer of UNDP CO.

Period of assignment/services : 45 days (until 30 April 2026)
