Introduction
UNDP-LBY-00499 Design & Development of a Community Projects Progress Tracking ApplicationThe service provider will design, develop, test, and deploy a bilingual (Arabic and English) mobile-native application and connected web-based dashboard that allows:
• Community members to submit updates, feedback, and evidence on project progress
• LPDCs and municipal focal points to validate and monitor project implementation
• Municipalities and partners to visualize data and generate reports on key metrics
The app will be accessible offline, ensure role-based access control, and be compatible with commonly available mobile devices.
