Introduction

Background and Purpose

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the UN’s global development network, advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. UNDP is on the ground in over 170 countries and territories, working to find solutions to global and national development challenges.

UNDP Libya seeks to establish a three-year Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with up to two service providers for the provision of:

(1) Professional printing services,

(2) Graphic design and layout services,

(3) Production of promotional materials.

The selected providers will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions across Libya. The LTA will support communication, visibility, and outreach efforts for UNDP Libya’s programmes and initiatives by covering a wide range of printed and designed materials.

The successful supplier must ensure strict adherence to UNDP branding, quality control, and sustainability guidelines, producing materials that effectively communicate UNDP’s development work while maintaining professional standards. 

 Qualified companies should be able to provide the following services

1.       Professional printing of reports, publications, and manuals, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with UNDP branding and communication guidelines.

2.       Printing of business cards, stationery, and promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and roll-up banners, with a variety of finishing options such as lamination, embossing, and spot UV.

3.       Production of signage and display materials for events, conferences, and office branding, using durable and eco-friendly materials suited for different environments.

4.       Graphic design services, including the development of layouts, infographics, illustrations, and templates for UNDP publications, reports, digital content, and promotional materials, in accordance with UNDP’s visual identity and branding guidelines.

5.       Packaging, delivery, quality assurance, ensuring secure handling, timely distribution, and strict adherence to UNDP’s quality standards.

 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
