Introduction
Background
The UNDP Angola, in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy, the Municipality of Talatona, and the National Waste Agency (ANR), is implementing the “Waste Management – Clean Ocean and Marine Litter Initiative”. The project aims to reduce plastic pollution, enhance community-based waste management, and promote circular economy practices in the coastal zone of Talatona.
The launch event will officially introduce the project to stakeholders, raise public awareness, and solidify partnerships. To ensure high-quality execution, UNDP Angola seeks to contract a company to provide end-to-end logistical and operational support for the launch.
Scope of Work
The selected company will be responsible for:

· c) Materials and Branding
· d) Communication and Visibility
· e) Field Support and Coordination
